Renewing your domain name and services costs the same as purchasing a new domain name, forwarding or hosting package from thename.co.uk

You do not have to keep to the services you currently have with us. When you renew you can change between packages at no extra cost, simply select the package you need from the online form. Upgrading as part of the renewal costs less than upgrading at a later time.

By submitting the following you acknowledge that you maintain authority from the domain name owners to enact this renewal. For security reasons we can only take instructions from the registered owner or administrative contact. We are only able to renew names that are under our administrative control. We will do our best to help customers if their domain names has been transferred to another ISP. We do our best to send out reminders to all customers where we have up to date contact information, in those cases where the reminders have been overlooked or forgotten, the corresponding domains may expire. Domains past their expiry date may be deleted automatically. For domains still active, once we receive payment we will attempt attempt to renew your domain name as soon as possible using the information supplied. To confirm registration please look up your domain name on the public online whois databases via our web site at: http://www.thename.co.uk/check Once a domain has expired, all services lapse and then name must be renewed before services can be restored.
